My City, Our City: A Photo Mashup

Grab your friends and neighbors to build a connected, city-wide photomosaic sculpture - and share the City YOU love with the world - on this fun, REAL-TIME interactive adventure for Chicago Artists Month 2015 designed by Chicago Creative Coalition (C3).

Phase I  11am- 1pm

 It's as easy as SNAP, UPLOAD, AND TAG! Grab your smartphone and fire up your Instagram account!

 Take a photo that best answers each challenge below, upload it to your Instagram account, and tag it with the matching #hashtag:

 IF YOU AREN'T FREE ON OCT. 17TH FROM 11AM-1PM, THEN SNAP, UPLOAD, AND TAG AHEAD OF TIME.

It'll still show up on the cityscape sculpture for all to see, and you can still contribute your view of Chicago!

Phase II  1-3pm

Come down to the Sulzer Library Auditorium 4455 N. Lincoln Avenue and see the 20 foot long cityscape sculpture LIGHT UP with all the photos sent in by the ENTIRE CITY! We'll have live music, great food, and great people to talk about the images with.

 Phase III  6-10pm 

 Join us at 47th ward Alderman Pawar's office, just up the road at 4243 N. Lincoln Ave. for our companion group art show "My City, Our City: An Art Mashup" opening reception featuring photos and paintings by Chicago Creative Coalition members that answer how THEY see the City as Studio.
